Shipping policy

We ship via UPS only. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) EST  are eligible for same-day shipping (business days). Orders placed after noon will process and ship the next business day.

Please choose the shipping service that best fits your timeline at checkout. If you’re on a tight deadline, we recommend selecting an expedited option.

We work quickly to process and ship orders, but once your package is in UPS’s possession, delivery times are determined by UPS and we cannot control carrier delays (including weather, peak seasons, or service disruptions).

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, fees, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
