Refund Policy
At We Are DTF Transfers LLC, every order is custom printed just for you — which means all sales are final once production begins. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right when something doesn’t go as planned, so please feel free to reach out to us with any concerns.
All Sales Are Final
Please double-check your file(s), sizing, colors, and quantities before checkout. All DTF transfers are custom printed to order; therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains a printing error caused by us, we will happily replace the affected transfers at no cost.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
Once verified, we’ll reprint and ship your corrected items as quickly as possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of UPS. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If you experience a shipping issue:
- Please first check your tracking information.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact your local UPS for any additional scan details they can provide.
- We are happy to help you file a UPS claim or investigate further.
Incorrect Files or Orders
We print exactly what is uploaded. We cannot issue refunds or reprints for:
- Low-quality or pixelated uploads
- Typos or design errors in your submitted artwork
- Incorrect sizing or quantity selections
If you’re unsure about file setup, please contact us before ordering — we’re always happy to help you prepare your art correctly.
Custom Orders
Custom designs and gang sheets are final sale. Please review your proofs carefully before approving. Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
